Responsibilities:
Lead banquet operations with experience in events hosting 500+ guests.
Manage culinary team and uphold high standards of quality and service.
Collaborate with executive chef on menu development and execution.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Represent the Houstonian in media appearances and hospitality events.
Ideal Candidate:
5-7 years of banquet experience, particularly in large-scale events.
Proven track record in luxury hospitality settings.
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team.
Charismatic individual capable of handling media and public relations.
Stable work history with no frequent job changes.
