HCS Registered Nurse
Qualifications:
Valid RN License required
Valid and current Texas Driver’s License
Clear Background Check
Clear DMV Check
High School Diploma or equivalent proof of education
No confirmation of Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation of an elderly or disabled person
No history of Medicaid fraud
Strong communication and team-participation skills; friendly, positive attitude
General computer skills (not necessarily expert); ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook, and general internet navigation
Excellent time management skills
Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
Shift: Part-time, Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Perform comprehensive and focused nursing assessments
Train unlicensed personnel
Manage and administer medications
Document care for 6 hours per day
Conduct medical tasks and provide care
Coordinate medication supplies, medical appointments, and manage medical emergencies
Provide over-the-phone triage and general nursing quality
Write narrative RN notes for all tasks, approximately every 15 minutes
